Half-Page Ad

Your half-page ad will be one of two 5-1/4"x4" ads on a white 5-7/8"x8-7/8" left-hand spiral-bound page. In order for your ad to properly fill the allotted space and look the way you expect it to, it is important that you follow the exact dimensions specified.

Please refer to the illustrations below to guide you through building your ad to the necessary specifications.

Artwork Size: 5-3/8 x 4-1/8: This size allows for 1/16" bleed all around.

Live Area / Ad Size: 5-1/4 x 4: This is the ad size (designated by the red line) after the bleed is trimmed out. Everything outside of this area is trimmed off.

Bleed: 1/16 on all sides: This ensures that artwork completely fills the ad size.

In some cases, such as where there is a key-line or a thin border, you may choose to make the artwork the same as the ad size, with no bleed.

Note that on ads with a white background at the edge, we will add a 1pt key-line.
